STORY TIME
Bits of dry summer grass carpet even ground, and heat crackles and grasshoppers whirr. Tiny flowers abound in constellations of yellow and blue, mysterious signs of great portent, reckoning meander and hill in faraway lands where dreams become real with no moment of care and are as easily dismissed as a paper-dry leaf from your sunny-bleached hair. And beneath that one ancient bow now hanging low overhead, youth means no longer denial of love. For all that awaits you lingers right there, wanting but for your reach in the still, storied air.
